Great Central's first car (GB/FW87), built by Geoff Brown around 1987 and bought from Dave Relton in November 1992.
This picture depicts the car almost as bought, with handlebar and seat modifications started. It received its British racing green livery shortly after this picture was taken.
Despite being over twelve years old, this car was raced by the team until the end of the 1999 season, when its best result was a second place. On its retirement it had notched up several outright race wins (the last of which came in 1998) and numerous other good results for GCR.
