2002: Wolverhampton

At round 2, the Wolverhampton 6-hour, the D-type made its racing debut, having been rebuilt following PC1000. The three-man GCR1 team in the car were untouchable on the day, faster than the second placed team by an average of 4.5 seconds per lap.
